Property and Cancellation Policies:

  • You can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival, you’ll be charged the total price if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
  • Non-Refundable – Note that if cancelled, modified, or in a case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • You will be charged 100% of the at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions:

  • You will be charged at the time of booking, if you would like a payment plan, please contact us right away via email or phone.
  • If you have any special requests, please contact us prior to your arrival date and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
  • If someone is checking in for you, you must contact us with their name prior to arrival.
  • The name on your reservation must match the government-issued photo ID and credit card you will be required to present at check-in. Credit Card will be placed on file at Check-in.
  • Your reservation includes the final cleaning at the end of your stay only. Any additional and/or daily housekeeping services you may want are available for additional charges and may be coordinated with the resort front desk.
  • Pets are not allowed & this policy will be strictly enforced. Guests who bring pets to their rental property will be requested to leave without refund. Any evidence of pets in your unit during or after your stay will result in a $250 pet cleaning fee charge.
  • No smoking allowed in the unit.This policy will be strictly enforced. Guests who smoke inside the unit will be requested to leave without refund and charged a $250.00 fee for damage and deodorization.
  • Please be aware there is limited parking. ONLY 2 car parking passes will be issued per unit. Additional cars will be your responsibility to park elsewhere. There is no boat, camper, motor-home, or trailer parking allowed at the resort property.
  • Tennis: Your reservation includes one free hour of court time per unit/per day. Tennis cards will be provided in your welcome packet upon your arrival. (Court times are booked on a first-come first-served basis and subject to availability.)
  • Bike rentals are available through Wheelz of Hilton Head at 843-842-4445 or you can visit their website at www.rentwheelz.com They offer complimentary drop-off and pick-up directly to the resort, and may be arranged for your stay in advance.
  • Due to potential allergies/sensitivities, we do not provide personal hygiene toiletries (Shampoo, Conditioner, lotion, etc.), please plan to bring your own.
  • Each condo has a drip coffee maker (No Keurigs), however coffee is not provided.
  • We do not stock Cribs, Pack ‘n Plays, or high chairs, to the resort, for rentals please contact Babies Away at 843-681-8722. They include complimentary delivery to and pick-up from your condo for our guests.
  • We do provide: Linens, hand and bath towels, wash cloths.
  • We also provide: Starter pack of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Most guests do not, but if you do run out during your stay, you will need to restock these items yourself.

Parris Island is only about 30 miles from Hilton Head Island. Our Island Links Resort is located on the north end of Hilton Head which makes this drive around 45 minutes. During your drive, enjoy our lowcountry water and scenery. Most of which looks like a painting! Also, stop by our neighbors across the bridge in Bluffton, SC if there is anything you need before arriving!

We love having our Parris Island visitors and are supporters of our military and their families. Take the stress away and enjoy a weekend getaway with us!
